I had this man replace the shanks on my wedding & engagement rings.The new shanks were different widths and it was very noticeable to the naked eye.He cracked the fine bridgework & immediately repaired it when I brought it to the salesladies attention, only to have it break again in two days.I didn't take it back for further repairs.He neglected to mark the gold content on the new shanks and when I returned to the store to have it done he used a cheap stamp method rather than the professional engraving it was marked with whe... read more
