I've been playing golf for 31 years, mostly with Taylormade clubs. However, four years ago, out of a full set I purchased, the #1 driver and #3 wood were completely destroyed. No one has taken responsibility for this. This clearly indicates a quality issue. The company needs to investigate and determine if there's a problem with the SIM2 clubs. I don't go to the practice range; I just play rounds.
Taylormade customer support was quick and attentive
Extremely disappointed in TaylorMade. Had great experiences with getting clubs but the last purchase was a disaster. I purchased a new wedge and need an adjustment before it was shipped. Called the next day after ordering and was told I would just need to accept the delivery - two weeks later, and return it for the adjustment. I returned it still in wrapper. Good news, they paid for the RA return. The bad news is that when a received the club, the club head was USED. I sent an email to the guy that did the RA and never heard... read more
