worst customer service ever! I have had two Stealth drivers in the past 3 years, first one did not last a full season, the top just pops off, they did replace it but the second one did not last a full season either Now all they can do is offer a discount on another club, no way I will buy another Taylormade product. I have a Ping Driver and a Titleist Driver 15 years old and not a problem one out of them
Great club
Decent clubs, but overpriced & a terrible company with horrible service. Takes over 2 months to fulfill an order for one club. The customer service is little help when asking for updates, many times doesn't reply at all. Definitely look at other brands if you're looking to buy new clubs.
Taylormade golf is utterly useless for equipment. I’ve been waiting for a set of irons for 3 months, only to be told they’ll be ready the following week. How they sell equipment that isn’t in stock is beyond me, if they would take less time trying to make drivers like formula 1 cars and focus on basic things like stocking shafts and clubs , they would be better suited for individuals. Complete joke for equipment when it comes to clubs. Last time I buy TM crap, if I even receive the P7cb’s
Taylormade accidentally listed a head-cover on their site I really needed and they honored my purchase which I am grateful for. I have now bought another club and they are in the process of sending it. For a billion dollar company they are terrible at getting you the tracking. The tracking only gets sent the day after your items arrive. This can cause issues if you need to be there to sign for it.
