One of the best (if not THE best) warranty departments in golf. Fast, simple and straight forward. My QI 35 developed a hairline fracture on the top of the crown. After warranty was submitted they upgraded me to the QI4D. This is why I’ll stay. Keep doing what you’re doing!

worst customer service ever! I have had two Stealth drivers in the past 3 years, first one did not last a full season, the top just pops off, they did replace it but the second one did not last a full season either Now all they can do is offer a discount on another club, no way I will buy another Taylormade product. I have a Ping Driver and a Titleist Driver 15 years old and not a problem one out of them
Great club
Decent clubs, but overpriced & a terrible company with horrible service. Takes over 2 months to fulfill an order for one club. The customer service is little help when asking for updates, many times doesn't reply at all. Definitely look at other brands if you're looking to buy new clubs.
