First impression was pretty good with front desk. Once I seen Dr. my impression changed. I explained everything about my fall and he just wrote back strain and shoulder strain. Not addressing my hands etc. still was in major pain a numbness in my fingers. After going to the er the next day because the tingling and numbness would not ease but I was diagnosed after X-ray and testing was done I also have a rotor cuff injury. Now seeing a orthopedic with physical therapy. Next time listen to the patients and take there concerned... read more

Contrary to many reviews, I had an excellent experience in the clinic. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist, seen quickly, and moved through all stations efficiently. The Doctor was excellent as well as the check-out receptionist.
