This company has beautiful homes (although some need updating) however they are extremely slow to respond to concerns and that is if they respond at all. We stayed in one of these homes for Christmas and accidentally left presents behind. When we reached out to the company through air bnb messaging it was ignored, as well as when we called the company personally to discuss this. The home had a book stating that forgotten items would be returned upon request but this never happened. Not a bad option for places to stay in the ... read more

They rented me a cabin (waltzing matilda) in deep creek, MD. It had a broken hot-tub, bed, microwave, and heat vents that melted a plastic bag and burned our childs foot. They refuse to even address the issue so we are forced to move forward with a lawyer. Don't trust this company.
