Taylor was very kind and knowledgeable on the phone. He was willing to review some pictures to make sure that we were ok to drive our van without doing further damage. I could tell that he was trustworthy and would be fair with us, so I didn't bother to call anyone else. He was able to get our van in and repair it quickly. It was a great experience for us and I would recommend Taylor-Made Custom Exhaust to anyone.
