I hate to give this feedback but it would be unfair of me to allow someone else to experience what I have with this company. I will not go into specifics, but let's just say the bathroom countertop is ruined, i cannot get a warranty claim as he will not respond to repeated attempts of contact. Phil is a hard working man but he did not do my countertops in a manner expected for a new home. I would not recommend him at this time and this saddens me to write this. Order was canceled by me and refunded at 10 weeks, after I threatened to take him to court. The quartz was never ordered for countertops and cabinets never started. Phil Taylor did not return multiple voice mails neither does he answer phone calls, he screens them. I had to go there and ask for a refund and also another trip to get a cabinet back from my kitchen he wanted to use to match stain color. This man should not be in business and he has similar reviews to this one on Angie's list. If possible I would give him zero s... read more
