I called for an appointment for my mother. She was given an 8 am appointment less than a week later. When we arrived for the appointment, the door was locked and there was a sign saying they would open at 9 am. The clinic said they left a message, but there was no message on her phone and they never asked for my number (even though I was clearly the one making the appointment). I'm going to give them one more opportunity.
