Owner was welcoming and very knowledgeable on products! He happily helped me with any questions and didn’t mind educating me on what would be best for my kids hair! Will be back next time I’m in the area !

I was really looking forward to coming into this beauty supply store for the first time. I showed up at 10:05 and sat outside until 10:30 AM and the door was locked the entire time. They’re advertised to open at 10 AM. They also did not answer the phone when I called so I guess they’re just not open? maybe call before you make a trip up here
Please be aware this company will not accept a return or refund. For whatever reason they’ve decided to not display this information. It’s up to you to scroll To the bottom of the page for the return policy information before purchasing. If not you contact them about a return you will disappointed. In my opinion for them to allow orders to be placed online it’s their way of just making money and not giving customer service to their customers. I would never purchase again.
