We recently had our original 33 year old ensuite and guest bathroom renovated by Taylor Made Bathrooms and were very impressed with the entire process. Ryan was very personable and did the initial visit and quote. We had a great experience in August of 2024 working with the team at Taylor Made Bathrooms on redoing one of our entire washrooms. Stephanie and Ryan were diligent in the planning and phasing of the project, helping select finishes and plan for the schedule of work to be done, confirming and finalising estimates that were within our budget range. Quality. Class. Responsive. On budget. From our onsite reno consult with the project manager, I had a strong feeling Taylors would get this job done properly, without drama, bullshit, or pretentious pricing. Our house was built in 1890's, and alarming do-it-yourself 'fixes' are often revealed when we make improvements. We needed to select a company that could handle any nasty surprises. We recently had our ensuite completed by Taylor. They were great. Stephanie in the showroom was super helpful narrowing down choices to make things easier for us to decide. Byron and the whole installation crew did a fantastic job, kept to the schedule and were really respectful of the work area, keeping things clean every day they were here. Really pleased with the quality work they've done.
Great experience from start to finish! The team is professional, knowledgeable and the project was completed as scheduled. I would highly recommend!
