Very unprofessional shop. Used to take all my equipment in the past but no more. Please stay away from this “shop”. Ended up paying $5k to fix my skid steer, been in the shop for basically 3 months till I ended up with it still leaking and taking the loss. Worst customer service. Everyone who works there are mainly taking smoke breaks. STAY AWAY. Not worth the headache and money. Not even worth 1 star
NOT A HAPPY CAMPER! I generally have referred folks here in the past but I am thoroughly PO with their customer service today ! I called before noon to check on one single cylinder, we’ll call soon as tech gets back. So I had no reason to believe it wouldn’t be ready! NO THEY DIDNT HAVE THE PART - Tech hadn’t even ordered it until after 3:30. NOW TECH WAITING TO TELL ME IT TAKES 1/2 hour to take it apart and then 1.5 hours to put it back together! It’s two nuts!
I broke a tie-rod cylinder and hydraulic line on my backhoe the other day. I was extremely frustrated because I was needing my backhoe running for a job I was about to start. A replacement cylinder was going to set me back a small fortune, so I took the busted cylinder and hose to Taylor. They had a new hydraulic line built for me within 20 minutes. Within 2 days, their machinist and welder had repaired my broken tie-rod cylinder for a very reasonable price, saving me a ton of money and time. Highly Recommended!
