Was this veterinarian's office clean? It was satisfactory Did this veterinarian rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Does this veterinarian give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while. Did you experience the veterinarian using offensive or foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. Their office was a little too loud. It wasn't unbearably loud but it was starting to hurt my ears. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Yes, they seemed very qualified Did this veterinarian answer all of your questions? Yes Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen

Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Was it easy to find parking at this veterinarian's office? Yes, it was convenient Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment

I was never uncomfortable Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Did this veterinarian leave your pet unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! Was this veterinarian's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Is this business handicap-accessible? Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!
