Incredibly rude receptionist, waited over 2 hours for a pre-scheduled appointment. Receptionist was very rude very to me. Stay away!
Been taking my pets there for over 25 years. Find them to be the best, very caring for your pet and understanding how it affects you when something is wrong. The only time I would go anywhere else is if it was after hours and a emergency.

My daughter's dachshund injured his back and was unable to walk. The emergency vet told her that he had to be put to sleep. I encouraged her to get him a script for steriods & pain medication, and get a second opinion. Someone she works with recommended Locke Taylor. They have a treatment plan for dogs with back injuries- it works! The treatment plan takes about 6 weeks (no surgery), but within 3 weeks Calvin was back up running around. I have been taking my dog to Dr Taylor's practice going on 5 years and have found all the personnel to be caring, professional, and very knowledgeable and helpful. Yes, the office is busy at times and perhaps people may not get seen exactly at their appointment time, but rest assured you will be seen and receive excellent care. I have called several times trying to get a same day appointment with no success, but each time I was told that I could walk in and my pet would be seen, I did and was never turned away.
