I liked Dr. Taylor as a psychologist, but less as a mediator. My ex-husband and I used her to write our parenting plan for our divorce. We just went to see her 1.5 years later to mediate an issue and she handed us a bill for $3,900 that she had never given us. It is ridiculous to not have charged us at the time of service and then give us a bill after we called her for another appointment.
