We have leased 5 vehicles with Taylor Lexus in the last 10+ years and have received good customer service, until our last lease with them. They put us in for a 39 month lease, not 48 months. Then when our lease was up and we decided to trade in with another dealership, they were extremely difficult. We were given several different buy out prices and at one point told we had to buy out our lease before we traded in the vehicle.
