Always excellent service Roy and the gang always treat me like part of the family
The worst place ever for service!!!! I bought a a brand new riding lawnmower less than a year ago from tractor supply. My battery went out so I went to the store and bought a new one. I used the mower once afterwards, and then it wouldn't start again. I called my warranty co. and they called this company to pick up my lawnmower for service. They kept my lawnmower for over a week, and then charged $105 for a new battery!!! Beware of the owner. He is rude and treats his customers with no respect. He charges $2 for the paper work when I withdrew the work order. He does not keep his promise of completing the repair. I was second on the row 4 days ago and today I was placed fourth. This was unacceptable. Or he may be a racist!
Went to them. From start to finish it was a great experience. Dropped off our rider told them we had a spending limit, no "well we might not be able too". The person said great we will call if it would go over your set limit. Called said it was ready asked how much was way below set limit. People in past reviews have said they are rude,they are NOT,they even helped us load it in our truck. The best thing was we all shook hands and they said God Bless.
Beware of the owner. He will charge $2 for his paperwork on top of the work he does. Very rude man over the phone and in person. Does not keep his promise for the timeliness of the work he undertakes. How can you be third in the row after he states that there is one more customer in front of you to come to your equipment. Run away from this shop.
