It has now been 4 days after closing. Law firm said they were sending the money via check due to it being “high risk” and that it would be overnighted. It is now 4 days later, the tracking number originally given for the check was cancelled last night, gave the proper tracking number and the check HASNT BEEN SENT YET!!!!! 4 days after closing…. Pitiful law firm!!!!
They called me about 3 weeks ago saying " we have some earnest money to return to you" said I'd have the check within a week now 3 weeks later they will not return my phone call or anything and all I'm doing is trying to figure out if I'm getting the check or not. So if you don't have to deal with them I wouldn't they'll just give you the run around

I want to thank the paralegal Paige Fleisher and attorney Meghan Francis with Taylor Law for accomodating my client. Meghan came in early Thursday morning to ensure the client closed on her home prior to leaving the country for two weeks. Paige worked diligently with the lender to ensure the closing package was sent. This transaction wouldn't of been possible without Meghan or Paige from Taylor Law being so understanding of the client's situation. I look forward to working with them again soon! I highly recommend them.
