I had a highly unsatisfactory experience with Taylor Law due to repeated failures in communication, follow-through, and professionalism. I followed up numerous times over an extended period via both email and phone, yet messages routinely went unanswered and calls were not returned. Great staff. And they are very reasonable. They are my go-to law firm in Mebane.
Good communication and genuine interest in helping the clients and agents. There was a delay with closing and they were very accomodating.
I used Taylor Law for virtual closing on my home. It was a thoroughly disappointing and maddening experience. Their ability to communicate especially pro-actively, is non-existent. You have to ask multiple times to get any answer, even an unsatisfactory one. They use jargon like I am supposed to know what it is. The final dollar amount for my closing was incorrect. Twice!
