It's a gorgeous spot! Well maintained still. Bathroom was clean. I did see some trash around, but it is almost to be expected anymore (unfortunately). I got my line in the water. No bites but it was still beautiful and peaceful. Not a GREAT spot for kids, but rock hounding looked like it might be good. Maybe even a little gold panning!
It is one of the best maintained boat launches I have seen in a really long time. They must have redone all the parking spots there because they look brand new from the cement parking lots to the stairs, along with all the handrails there.
