Would give 0 stars but not an option. I was involved in accident, where I was rear ended,vehicle totaled. I believed this firm would help but I was not made a priority or felt like I was ever heard. Smh they were never on my side

I had a question and asked on their website. Taylor King Law called me back really quickly to ascertain how best they could help me! It was sadly something they couldn't answer due to a few reasons, but the associate on the phone talked me through my options and next steps very kindly! They didn't just say "sorry can't help" they offered suggestions of who to go to next for help and were kind in their explanation of why. A young lady plowed into me in a new round about and I got whiplash because she hit me with such force. I hurt for about 3 months, I had to waste a lot of my time getting car fixed rental etc. and just a lot of trouble. I didn't really think I had a case, but after talking to an attorney (Christopher Heil) there I decided to move forward.
