I ordered a custom Taylor Kingsofa and waited 15 months for delivery. I couldn’t be more disappointed in the quality. There are wrinkles all over and some very deep wrinkles because there is not enough stuffing to fill out the cushion. Taylor king told me to work with retailed who basically said to fluff the pillows. One can fluff daily but it does not fill the gaps where there is no filling. This looks like a discount couch.
