I have experienced slight hearing loss in my right ear. And after many hearing tests from several other audiologists, Dr Olsen was the first to finally provide a clear understanding of the hearing loss I have experienced and was extremely helpful in walking me through the entire process. I highly recommend Dr Olsen.
This audiologist is fabulous! Taylor was friendly and very helpful to me during my visit to Mass Eye. & Ear. I did not have to wait long before being seen. I was very happy to have nice conversation with Taylor. She addressed all of my concerns
