Dr. Jenkins is knowledgeable, patient, and kind. She took time to make sure my questions were answered but she is also mindful of her patient's time too.
Dr Jenkins is great, very good bedside manner, asks questions, addresses concerns, talks through procedures. I like her and trust her. Her staff is nice too, professional but sometimes rushed but that’s just healthcare at this point. I wish there was a little bit better discharge information. There’s heavy reliance on MyChart and not all relevant information is said in the exam room or printed out (or offered to print out) relevant fact sheets /discharge info.
Taylor is new to me since Dr Mayer left. So she had big shoes to fill. She was so kind, thorough, and thoughtful.
