Waited 45 mins in the room to see the doctor
I had an appointment for today. I sat in the waiting area 20 minutes past my scheduled time. I went back to the check in desk because I had to get to work soon. They took me back a couple minutes later. I sat in the room for another 20 minutes. I also do not appreciate my health care being discussed in the open by the doctors and nurse/assistant. Worst experience and I will never be back!!!!!
I actually enjoy going to my appointment, and never dread it like I have in the past with other doctors. I always know Dr. Stoddard is going to listen to my concerns and make me feel heard, she cares about her patients. I would recommend her to everyone.
