I described my problem over the phone. After they came out (the day after they said they would come) they told me they couldn’t help me. Most expensive five minutes I ever experienced.

They showed up to install our new unit. Again, top notch professionalism and courtesy. We were told the job could take 2 days, but they worked non-stop to get our new unit installed and running within 8 hours. That means a lot with 2 toddlers at home. I hope these employees receive the recognition they deserve!
It's been a couple of months since our old furnace has been repaired and its working great! The Larkin Heating & Cooling techs were very well informed, their charges were quite reasonable and their work timely, fine and efficient. I'm very happy with them. I intend to always use them for whatever jobs I have in the future!
Our tech and he was great. He was prompt, professional and very nice. He clearly explained what he found, and was able to create a fix on the spot for our furnace that didn't have easy access to the filter. Highly recommend their services.
