We decided that we would check and see if our local gym honors Silver Sneakers, yes they did. The staff showed us how to use the machines. Today was our 4th workout. We knew I still had doctor appointments that I need to go to. Will not interfere with our workout schedule.

Update: It's been 7 years. Love my fit family. I feel welcome and have met some amazing people that hold me accountable. Keeps me motivated. And with the new level method, love seeing my progress and reaching new goals! I started going to TH Fitness over a year ago. Taylor and his trainers are amazing! Before Thumb Health & Fitness, I struggled to stay consistent and felt overwhelmed. Now, with the accountability of the group, I feel stronger, more confident, less stressed, and even sleep better. I’m happier and more willing to step outside my comfort zone.
