They took a prepayment for a service plan didn't show up for appointment i left 4 voicemails and sent a email cannot get a response back and will not answer phone want my $239 back for services they did not perform horrible business practice
Putting my ac in was great. Even if it took a couple days. We have the service plan. They were supposed to show up last month for our service never showed no phone call no nothing. Have been calling and leaving messages for over a month and emailing and have never heard back after they take our money every month
Be warned their $28/mo “maintenance “ plan does not include the $5 filter for your $20,000 air conditioner twice a year…Your next oil change visit at jiffy lube expect a fee if you want your oil “filter”changed.
I have been using Taylor Home Comfort ever since Anthony, the owner and a veteran, installed a new HVAC system in my home. He wasn’t the cheapest quote I received, but he also wasn’t the most expensive and I never once felt like I was being taken advantage of.
