Our properties are near ACU, HSU, and Cisco College, convenient to shopping, restaurants, and major highways. Our Aspen Place location has a beautiful courtyard area with pool, and on-site laundry facility. All of our floor plans feature kitchens with all electric appliances, large closets, and private patios or balconies.

I had the privilege of working personally with the owners, Brad & Lynette Taylor for the past 2 years as their Property Manager. They own multiple apartment complexes in Abilene and they live locally and are active members of the community. They are not a big company or big corporation running their business from afar. They are very hands on and a part of the day to day operations of the business. They truly care about their residents. I highly recommend them for your apartment needs.

This is a good place to live. I like the simplicity and peace that comes with it. the owner / management are very nice people. Its a very quiet environment ,the amenities are awesome and spacious. Management are very respectful of their residents, they are prompt to any concerns you may have. In any place their are pro and cons the cons here are minimal, which is Laundry but I understand its a third party. Overall its a Good place to live. GET you an apt. They go fast! Oh.. referral is a Louice. Resident.
If I could give zero star rating or a negative star rating I would. Word of advice, do not under any circumstances rent from these slum lords. Issue #1 fireplace needs replaced but was told by owner its not in there budget, Issue #2 come home today from work to hear what sounds like water bubbling from the hvac unit that wasnt even on, and was told its not an emergency that they would be here tomorrow to look at it. I've been a resident at the Aspen Place apartments for nearly a year and have had a great experience. These apartments are clean and affordable. The ownership and management team is friendly, attentive, and consistently looking out for ways to improve service to their tenants. When a maintenance issue arises, the team is quick to address it. The neighborhood is safe and the complex is nearby plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, parks, and other businesses. I highly recommend!
