Taylor did our engagement and wedding photos. The experience of the engagement photos was great and we were so excited to work with her. It started to go down hill the closer we got to the wedding. Her communication was poor, would set up meetings and miss them. The day of she was sick so she had someone take her place to do the photos and her brother did the video footage. Taylor took beautiful photos at my son’s wedding. However, shortly after the wedding we tried to reach her and she never responded to any messages or calls. She didn’t edit the photos (something that was paid for), we also couldn’t reach her to get the raw footage of the video she took. We were hoping to get the speeches and sadly, almost a year later of trying to reach Taylor, we have accepted the raw footage is gone. It ended up being a sad experience - we have the photos thankfully and some video.
