They take the time to get the right hearing aids fitted correctly
Very personalized service. They took the time to make me comfortable and answered my questions. My hearing aids are very comfortable, I don’t even know I have them in my ears. It’s good to hear things I was missing before. Yes, I’m a satisfied LISTENER now. I CAN HEAR!
I gave it a 4 because the ear buds were the wrong size the first time. My voice sound like it was in a barrel and the left one had feedback and felt stopped up. It was corrected the next day. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
For years now I've always had a first class experience at Taylor Hearing. Many thanks to Randy an Mariah for all they do. Thank you also goes to everyone in the office that keep things on track.
