Oustanding service
Been almost two weeks since my grill went down. Since a work order went in a tech showed up 6 days later, told me parts would be ordered and would be installed two days ago. 3 days after his visit. It’s is now the weekend and the only person I can even get a hold of was a customer service rep that told me in his own words “it’s the weekend so there’s nothing I can do and it’s not my problem”. This was said before taking any information so there’s no way he could have even looked at my work order or tried to be helpful. God f... read more

5th day, no service so far. No updates, called them twice, no ETA on service. Was told it will be time and a half if need service in emergency! I hope they show up today!
