I wish I could give 10 stars!! The people at Taylor are really great! I am a volunteer at a youth camp and needed to figure out how to repair/replace our 30 year old soft serve ice cream machine. Eric and Jeff were very patient to answer my many questions and lead me in the right direction. Codie came and not only serviced and fixed our machine quickly, but also let me watch and photograph every step of his cleaning and put back together process so I can make a good training manual.
