I recently bought a Ford Maverick after being a long-time Honda customer. What a revelation. Bobby in the service department was absolutely phenomenal. I had booked some service that wasn't required and was pleasantly surprised when he told me that I did not need it and Taylor Ford only performed the necessary work. Booked an appointment months in advance and it still took them 3 hours to put on 4 winter tires that are already on rims!!! I could’ve done it faster with a jack and a tire iron. How long would it have taken them if they had to put them on rims?!? The service department here has really gone downhill and has reached the point of pathetic. My next vehicle probably won’t be a ford but if it is, it won’t be from Taylor Ford.
I just got approved for a brand new Ford Bronco from this Ford Nicole and Philipe have been absolute dream Makers I have never experienced anything like this before let alone owning my first brand new vehicle thank you so much for everyone here at this Ford and especially thank you to my sales rep Philipe and there manager Nicole you guys are amazing and don't realise how big of a dream you just made happen I highly highly recommend this place
