If you are looking to buy a new car, you should take in your construction the after sales SERVICES. The service is much more important than the car purchase. I have a F150 2020 from Taylor Ford, and I am very happy with their service and the employees that taking care of you, starting from the finance department, the most beautiful girl in Moncton called Tiffanie to the service help desk called Ken Duffy. If in soon future I planned to change my car, for sure I will go back to TAYLOR Ford just because of TIffanie and Ken.
Called today to have an inspection done and an oil change. We just got the vehicle and the inspection is expired. I was told they could do the oil change next week, but at least a month before the can do the inspection?! Very disappointing. I will bring my business somewhere else. Update: The service manager called me first thing the next morning to apologize about the situation.
