This is how salesperson and a dealership should be, they listen to what you need and they dont try to sell you what you dont need, everything from getting more info to the purchase was so smooth and the communication was the best i ever got, thank you Taylor ford in Amherst and especially to Landon and Mike.
Had a great time trading in my vehicle. The staff was comforting and communicated every aspect of the new car from the financing to the vehicle features to maintenance packages to the warranty. All these aspects were clearly communicated and understanding was sought after each step along the way. Felt well taken care of.
I left a review a few years ago about the terrible service I got at this dealership. It was rightfully left. However the changes in the service department are extremely noticeable. I recently had me rims damaged during I tire change and Kim stepped up replaced my rims before I could even complain good job amherst ford. Thankyou Kim
