Long waits for Dr. Taylor. Over an hour wait when having an appointment. Office staff is inexperienced and customer service lacking.
Been going here for about 15 years. Dr. Taylor is amazing and one of a kind. A brilliant doctor. The front office needs some work. They can be rude and incompetent at times, depending on who you get. But Dr. Jill Taylor is absolutely incredible, and easy to talk to. Don is rude as a medical doctor. Bedside manner is just off putting. He needs to stick to being a chiropractor.
