I've been twice so far for 2 cleanings and 1 exam. The staff are very nice and the dentist is knowledgeable and gentle. I would appreciate a more thorough cleaning (good not great) but no real complaints at all. I referred members of my family to the practice as well.

I have been seeing Dr. Taylor here for years (10+) and I have NEVER had a bad experience. From the front desk staff, to the hygienists, to the doctor. They’ve always been very friendly, accommodating, talkative, and professional. I’ve never had any pain from a cleaning or even from a cavity being filled. I absolutely love them and have referred several of my family members there. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!
They are extremely painful here. I got my teeth cleaned and I could barely talk the next day because of how much pain I was in, a cleaning shouldn’t be that painful. On top of that the day I went into the cleaning I went up to the lady at the front desk to give her my new insurance information because it had changed since the last time I went there and she told me that I could just sit down and they already had it and I went to explain that it changed and she just told me they would get it later. Called insurance company..they stated they took my insurance. Checked on insurance website,also stated they took my insurance. Called to make an appointment..women who made the appointment said of course they take the insurance. Had all of my xrays and information sent over. Go to my appointment and hand women my insurance card and she say’s “oh,we don’t participate when them anymore”...after telling her everything she say’s “I don’t know how that happened...but I know it’s still listed on the website but we don’t participat... read more
