Road rage on a semi is a no no... Not to mention there was a kid on board... Your drivers lack responsibilities....
Drivers aren't intelligent enough to drive back the route in which they came. Which then leads to traffic back ups and good old Pennsylvania State Police to be called to guide the drivers to where they need to go. Why state police you may ask? Because these drivers think they're are superior to the locals who know better.
Worst company to drive for! If you refuse a load you will get fired & they will send you to some tricky places which are gonna be new to you every time (north east nightmares) & you have to figure out how to get in & out of that place safely. Good luck! 99% broker loads. Also if you have an “incident” while at the shipper or receiver they will not have your back! It does not matter how minor it is.
