They were great! Dusty explained to me what I needed to get for my new septic system (I was pretty clueless) without being at all condescending. He sent me a bid promptly. He returned my calls promptly. He and his crew came in the day he said he would and did everything as laid out. No surprise costs. No problems. Highly recommended!!
