We had the owner come look at our roof in November 2019 we had 2 different roof leaks. The bid was reasonable and I signed and gave deposit. The owner told me to expect a call within in a few weeks. I never got the call and time had passed. I reached out to them to check status of the repair. I was told the owner misplaced our file and that we were not on the schedule yet.
