Having dental issues is not on anyone’s bucket list of fun but when I found it necessary to consult an endodontist I made an appointment with Dr. Taylor. Turns out I made an excellent choice. He was respectful, patient and kind. He listened to my concerns and allowed me time to think through what options felt right for me. He is truly the best. Additionally, his dental assistant Lori was professional, attentive and so very sweet. Thanks to both of you for making my experience so positive.

Based on other reviews, I have to wonder why Dr Taylor was so rough when doing my root canal. He was not friendly. Perhaps it was the question I asked his assistant beforehand or maybe my IHS referral. Idk. I do know that I had to call for an antibiotic because of the pain and swelling, and that a previous RC I’ve had was not like this. I was not impressed and cannot recommend.

I've had several root canals and my experience at Taylor Endodontics was the best, as much as that can be said for a root canal! Their entire team is professional, yet friendly, and very communicative, which is so important to help patients know what is happening to them. Hopefully, I won't need another root canal anytime soon, but if I do, I know where I'm going.

Taylor Endodontics was a very friendly office. Dr. Jay Taylor was very personable. I had heard that root canals were very painful and put my root canal off for number of years. The whole experience was painless (except the novacaine) and done in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend this office.
