Absolute scammers with their WiFi service. I canceled it online back in August 2025, get a different WiFi system, then they call me in January of 2026 to say I owe them almost 200$ ! They wait months to call and say “we see you canceled the payment method but you didn’t call us” they gave me zero heads up!! They forced me to pay too even though I had receipts from the new WiFi utility bill. Ridiculous
I can't even believe the audacity and pride with which they gouge my bill every month. If its really hot or cold, my bill spikes astronomically, even though I am a conservative user. I live in a 700 sq foot apartment! There is never a reason my bill should be $168! *Taylor Electric: there is no need to post on here asking me to call in. I have already done that. There is a reason your overall review rating is 2.3 stars on google and its not changed for years.
We Had our first power outage due to some bad storms moving through the area. Power went out at 1:38am ; I was able to get someone on the phone immediately for a power outage. Within a 2 hr time frame power was restored AND they even called back letting us know we were up and running again. The customer service was superb. Very impressed. Glad I didn’t have to talk to a machine to get help.
Been waiting since August 11th for new service to new construction. How long is my 81 year old mother have to wait to move into her new home?
I have some of the WORST experiences with Taylor Electric. 1) Absolutely insane that my meter got “mixed up” with my neighbors while back. I’d call to ensure payment would be withdrawn and they said.. “OH YOUR BILL IS PAID!” And I’d ask if the address and account was correct.. they’d say yes, and then when that actually got sorted.. hit my account for 2 months worth of power all at once. 2) During the mix up, they charged my account and overdrafted it (YES, TOOK PAYMENT IN FULL) and then declined the automatic bill pay servi... read more
