Ive had taylor internet and power for 2 years. Few months ago technicians broke through my fence to get to a transformer. Since then they haven't taken accountability to fix it or acknowledge it. Fiber internet is not worth the price and interruptions at night. Much better to choose a different local provider (telecom, optimum or even ATT). switched to ATT fiber and will choose power soon as well. Honesty their customer service and accountability is trash.

So it's been almost a year since I reviewed this company and they're just as bad as they were before. Honestly even worse because some of the ladies who answer the phones are SO SO RUDE!!! And don't bother calling customer service, they're even ruder. I'll be cancelling. It's unbelievable how bad their WiFi is, it's laughable. Why should I pay you when the internet goes down every single day? Pathetic. Just utterly pathetic.

This company has extremely poor communication. I have left over ten messages for someone to contact me for multiple issues and have gotten zero response. I requested my box to be placed in a certain location and it was placed 80 feet forward inside a GAS easement that they know was there. I let them know that the gas company wants this relocated asap for safety reasons. Zero response. The next day after the box was placed the trench was completely exposed and very deep. Initially, when I set up for electric service it was super easy. Today, I came in to ask questions regarding cancellation, Kylie and Angel the receptionists up front, were patient, polite and answered all my questions. I recommend this company for their customer service.

Unreliable at best. Been with this company for 4 months and have lost power 5 times. Not to mention the “1 GB” fiber internet that can’t even get that. Ironic the same cookie-cutter reply has been provided for everyone’s feed bad for the past two years. Nothing has changed. Horrible company, horrible customer service, horrible leadership. I do work from home sometimes. When I can’t rely on my “1GB” Internet to do simple tasks, that’s an issue.
