I have some of the WORST experiences with Taylor Electric. 1) Absolutely insane that my meter got “mixed up” with my neighbors while back. I’d call to ensure payment would be withdrawn and they said.. “OH YOUR BILL IS PAID!” And I’d ask if the address and account was correct.. they’d say yes, and then when that actually got sorted.. hit my account for 2 months worth of power all at once. 2) During the mix up, they charged my account and overdrafted it (YES, TOOK PAYMENT IN FULL) and then declined the automatic bill pay servi... read more

This is a complete crap company. We’ve been reporting internet problems with them non stop and I work from home off of my computer. Not once during this time have they bothered to even send a single tech out or even remotely attempt to troubleshoot. The only thing they have offered was well if you can download on your phone it’s your computer. Where did you get your knowledge on about this? My phone will download regardless unless I turn data off and if I’m getting no internet hardwired in, I’m getting none from Wi-Fi. I hav... read more

I can't even believe the audacity and pride with which they gouge my bill every month. They don't even try to hide it. My bill is charged strictly according to what the weather is. If its really hot or cold, my bill spikes astronomically. I am a conservative user. I live in a 700 sq foot apartment! There is never a reason my bill should be $168!!!!!
