Fantastic all around. Capacitor blew on my A/C unit Thursday night (too late to call), so called Friday morning. Receptionist worked with me to get them here the same day (very hot Florida summer!) - they came just after lunch and called shortly before arriving. Repair cost was very reasonable and transparent. Highly recommend.
