All that was needed was a part. They refused to sell the part to us because we are not a “contractor “. So the only way to get it was to hire them for a service call, when all troubleshooting and diagnostic was already completed. The part was covered under warranty from the manufacturer, but they charged $160 to come replace it. Less than a ten minute job, but refused to sell/give us the part; was only available via a service call.
Just wanna say thanks, highly recommend their service. Prompt and Honorable and fair price. Wife over paid and owner handed me the difference back. Thank you again
These folks installed a new air conditioner for me. Amazing and personable crew. Excellent pricing on the new AC no one else could match. Very thorough and careful installation and couldn’t ask for more. You’re in good hands with Taylor Electric!!
