My sister had just spent 3 weeks in the hospital and is just trying to get back on her feet. When she wanted me to wash her hair. I knew I didn't want to have her bent over the sink washing her hair. I wanted something more comfortable for my sister, so I offered to treat her to a salon for a shampoo and blowout. They were very good the first time and the environment is fun going, however we went back to a hair cut and we believe she was rushing as another client came down and we got home and it looked like a bowl cut lol we also booked two eyebrows not sure who’s fault this is but second time they didn’t see we booked a wax the first time we waited we couldn’t wait this time

I walked in and asked for an appointment. An appointment was made at 1345. I was called at 1330 and told I missed my appointment at 1315. Staff unfriendly and unwilling to accommodate their own error. Do not recommend.
