I came in on October 26th of 2007 and spent an hour and a half working with Andy Taylor for 13 doors. Never heard back with a quote so i called on 11/12 for a follow up and was told someone would call back and still never heard back. Called on 12/7 and got Bill Ward who through the owner (Dave Taylor) said they take care of contractors first. Apparently retail doesnt even get a courtesy call.
