Great people great company
Rob and the guys were very helpful in diagnosing the problem with my home ice machine and getting it back up and running. I would recommend and use them again.
Poorly run service department. You'll be overcharged for a machine that has been refurbished by inexperienced technicians, and then raked over the coals with service charges by the impotent service director. Saw cockroaches in many of the machines. Would not recommend doing service with this company.
