In 2022 we engaged Taylor Engineering + Design to assist us with our dream house plans. We found them great to deal with, really helpful, and accommodating of our questions and changes of mind. We loved that they were essentially a 1 stop shop, with the ability to do the soil classifications, land capability assessments, BAL ratings, architectural design, drafting and engineering. I would definitely recommend them to others wanting to build anew, or for extension/alteration work.
I ring and organise doing a soil report and a day or 2 later paid my invoice of $770 in full on 8/6/22 with no receipt or confirmation of payment, even though I email that I paid. ok just overlooked I guess? But professionally a reply would have been nice, a receipt even better. 22/6/22 soil report to be done, but no ringing or email on the day or prior to confirm if happening.
