Kayla and front desk was amazing
My procedure was successful and my Doctor was extremely gentle
Horrible experience. My kids have been getting treated here since they started dental care and they are almost teenagers. We went today thinking they were getting a cleaning and a ortho consultation. The girl at the desk has a HORRIBLE ATTITUDE! She talked at me and over talked instead of listening. No compassion or empathy whatsoever! My daughters were unable to have a consultation due to a scheduling issue that was totally not my fault but she made it seem as it was. We will no longer receive care at this location. Horrible communication horrible service and very unprofessional!!! Every appointment my kids have to wait over a hour to be seen. Today was their last appointment they won’t be returning (btw a family of 8 is not an accuse why schedule patients coincide?)
Love the environment and love the dental hygienist who worked on my daughter very fast , professional and nice
