I am in the process of renewing my dental indemnity with TDS for the third year running. I have been with two of the largest dental indemnity companies since I qualified, and was previously dissatisfied with the level of service I was receiving in balance with the cost. TDS has been moderately cheaper, and the service I have received from the enquiries/admin team during renewal, and from their case workers when I have had to deal with a complaint, has been exceptional.
