I never write reviews but today I will. Taylor Custom Rings is Awesome!!! I highly recommend. Their rings are beautiful and well priced and their customer service is amazing. I got a white gold ring when I meant to get yellow gold so I called them and had it sent back. They kept me updated with personal emails and had that ring back to my fiancee in a matter of two weeks.
I don’t know where to start, but go with them. Trust your vision within their hands. The whole experience from start to end was phenomenal. The customer service is truly unmatched, my whole design process was remote and during no step did I ever feel ignored or pushed aside. I wanted a custom wedding band and my vision required creativity. They executed it flawlessly without compromising the beauty of my engagement ring being the main attraction. Without a doubt the best decision you can make is to decide to work with Taylor Custom Rings. They were able to jump on a quick consultation call right away to talk more in depth about what I was looking for. What a great company to work with! I came to them with a general idea of what I wanted for an engagement ring for my girlfriend and they knocked it out of the park. After a few weeks of back and forth on the design, Allie helped me design the exact ring I was looking for. The entire team was responsiveness, helpful and extremely kind.
