Likes to forget about your scheduled appointments. It has happened two times since using them. Two different counselors. They send constant reminders and alerts about appointments. But don’t let you know when they cancel. And good luck getting help trying to get some one on the phone during all of this. One of my biggest issues is abandonment and when your therapist can’t even show it makes you feel like you really matter. The person you pay to help you doesn’t even have time for you. So beware
